Planning Board Applications

The Community Development Department recommends the following process be followed prior the submittal of any of the following applications: 

Step 1: Pre-application meeting with Community Development Staff
         - Discuss your concept with client and CD Staff.
          - Preview required permits
          - Outline Technical Review steps

Step 2: Technical Review
          - Technical Review Committee
          - Town Engineer (pre-pay escrow)
          - Conservation Commission
          - Design Review Committee (if applicable)
          - Economic Development Committee (if necessary)
          - Any other necessary board/committee

Step 3: Incorporate Technical Review feedback

Step 4: Submit formal application

Step 5: Public Hearing process
