Just a friendly reminder about the Town of Windham's Regulation WIN 2:06:21:04 which states:
Dogs, both restrained and unrestrained, are strictly prohibited from the Town Beach and related parking areas. Any person who violates the provisions of these Regulations shall be guilty of a violation as provided in RSA 41:11:b, and shall be subject to the penalties as provided under New Hampshire Law, including, but not limited to a fine not exceeding $1,000. RSA 651:2.
Please note that this is anytime - whether lifeguards are on duty or not.
