2024 Zoning Amendments

On October 18, 2023, the Planning Board voted to schedule a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 in the Community Development Department to discuss amending two sections of the Windham Zoning Ordinance (WZO) relating to the Windham surface Water Watershed Protection Overlay District (WPOD) (Section 616) and the Flood Plain District (Section 607).

At the November 8, 2023 public hearing, the Planning Board made revisions to the proposed amendments. The Board refined those revisions on November 15, 2023 and voted to schedule a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 in the Community Development Department to discuss amending two sections of the Windham Zoning Ordinance (WZO) relating to the Windham surface Water Watershed Protection Overlay District (WPOD) (Section 616) and the Flood Plain District (Section 607).
