2023 Zoning Amendments

On November 16, 2022, the Planning Board voted to schedule a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 in the Community Development Department to discuss amending three sections of the Windham Zoning Ordinance relating to soil based lot sizing (footnote 5 to Appendix A-1), the Wetland and Watershed Protection District (WWPD) (Section 601), and Housing for Older Persons (Section 610).
